Company Info
Stores general information about your organization, including:
- Company name 
- Company Address 
- Phone 
- Current Plan 
- Company Logo 
Settings
Inspection
- Additional Contact Type: Add custom contact types (e.g., Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Landlord). 
- Auto Lock Inspection: Automatically lock inspections after completion to prevent edits. 
- Email sent from SnapInspect: The email will send from SnapInspect instead of the inspections email for a better delivery rate. 
- Inspection Status: Configure different statues for inspections (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Sent for Review). 
- Inspection Duration: Set expected durations for inspections to sync with your calendar. 
- Internal Inspection ID: Use your own internal ID structure for inspections. 
- Custom Inspection Title: Create a custom inspection title for your reports. 
Asset
- Custom Fields: Add fields specific to your asset type (e.g., Parking Spaces, Year Built, Bedroom #) 
- Asset Status: Configure different statuses for your assets (e.g., Active, Under Construction, Inactive). 
Task
- Enable Task: Turn on Task Tracking within SnapInspect 
- Create Quick Task: Allows users to create tasks based on set ratings. 
- Internal Task ID: Use internal IDs for tracking tasks. 
- Category: Used to group tasks (and templates) under specific types, also used for quick tasks. 
- Status: Configure different statuses for your tasks (e.g., In Progress, New, Complete) 
- Custom Fields: Add tailored fields to your task templates to capture specific data. 
- Report: Create a custom task report to send out. 
- Create and customize system-generated email templates to send to internal or external parties. 
Integrations
- Integrate SnapInspect with third-party systems and cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and others. 
Audit Logs
- View all changes being made on your account in the platform for compliance and tracking purposes. 
Comments Library
- Shared Comments: Predefined comments shared across checklists for quick access. 
- Checklist Comments: Predefined comments ties to specific checklist areas/items. 
Billing
- View and manage your subscription, invoices, and payment details.
