Inspection Duration: Set expected durations for inspections to sync with your calendar.
Internal Inspection ID: Use your own internal ID structure for inspections.
Custom Inspection Title: Create a custom inspection title for your reports.
Asset
Custom Fields: Add fields specific to your asset type (e.g., Parking Spaces, Year Built, Bedroom #)
Asset Status: Configure different statuses for your assets (e.g., Active, Under Construction, Inactive).
Task
Enable Task: Turn on Task Tracking within SnapInspect
Create Quick Task: Allows users to create tasks based on set ratings.
Internal Task ID: Use internal IDs for tracking tasks.
Category: Used to group tasks (and templates) under specific types, also used for quick tasks.
Status: Configure different statuses for your tasks (e.g., In Progress, New, Complete)
Custom Fields: Add tailored fields to your task templates to capture specific data.
Report: Create a custom task report to send out.
Create and customize system-generated email templates to send to internal or external parties.
Integrations
Integrate SnapInspect with third-party systems and cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and others.
