Adding Inspection Status Options

  3. Once all desired statuses are added, save your changes. These options will now be available for review inspections.

Add Required Items and Web Only

This lets the reviewer see the inspector's ratings and comments and also allows them to rate, comment, and add photos.

  1. Navigate to Checklists > Edit Checklist (select the blue pencil icon).

  2. Find the correct Area/Item you want the Tenant to Interact with > Add a new Control Type for the Tenant, or edit the existing Control Type.

  3. Ensure to check 'Web Only' and 'Required' options> Update.

Add to Checklist

Choose the type of inspection to which you would like to add the review feature to.

  1. Navigate to the Checklists and select the correct Inspection Type (eg. Move In, Move Out, etc).

  2. Click 'Setting'

  3. Click 'Review'

  • Ensure you provide all necessary details like the template name, reminder frequency, expiration date, and status progress.

  • Task Rating, Review Inspection, and Review Inspection Reminder will automatically generate a task based on the rating selected by tenants, quality control, or other stakeholders. For example, if a "Disagree" rating is chosen, a task will be created to address the issue or initiate a follow-up.

Web Report Summary

Purpose of Web Report Summary:

  • The Web Report Summary automatically groups all items with a specific rating (e.g., "No" or "Poor") onto a summary page, so you don’t need to scroll through the entire report to find them.

  • You can choose to either include the Summary as the first page of the full Web Review report, or select Summary Only, which will send just the summary page without the rest of the report.

Set Up Web Report Summary:

  1. Go to ChecklistInspection TypeSettingsGeneralWebShare / Review.

  2. Under Web Report Summary, enter the rating(s) you want to include on the summary page (e.g., “No” or “Poor”).

  3. If you want to send only the summary and nothing else, check the box for "Summary Only."

  4. Click Update to save your settings.

Please Note:

  • Once the inspection is sent for review, the summary page will automatically appear at the start of the report—or on its own, if "Summary Only" is selected.

Customize Your Web Review:
You also have full control over what appears in the Web Review. In the same WebShare / Review settings section, you can choose whether to display or hide the following details:

  • Company logo

  • Select associated Contact

  • Inspector name

  • Reference

  • Cost details
