This article shows you how to view, edit and send inspections and reports directly from your mobile device.
How to View an Uploaded Inspection
- On the mobile app, go to the Assets tab and select the asset or property. 
- Scroll to Uploaded Inspections and either tap the inspection you want or tap the Refresh icon to load all uploaded inspections. 
- Select the inspection, then tap View PDF to open the report. 
How to Edit an Inspection
- In the mobile app, go to the Assets tab and select the asset or property. 
- In Uploaded Inspections, tap the Refresh icon to load uploaded inspections. 
- Select the inspection you want to edit, then tap Edit Inspection. 
- Make your changes following the inspection process. 
- When finished, complete and upload the inspection to sync your edits to the web app. 
How to Send an Inspection
- In the mobile app, go to the Assets tab and select the asset or property. 
- Under Uploaded Inspections, tap the Refresh icon to load all completed inspections. 
- Choose the inspection, then tap Send PDF. 
- Enter the recipient’s details and tap Send. 
 
Please note: Emails are sent from donotreply@snapinspect.com by default. If you need to send an email from a specific address, please download the PDF Report and send it through your desired email account.
