Here you'll learn how to access report options, choose the appropriate file format, and email reports to recipients — all from the Inspections section. It also includes details on generating report links and downloading photos.

Where to Download/Send Reports
Navigate to the Inspections section within the Web App.
Beside the relevant asset, select the green Action button.
Here you will have an option to choose to:
Download Report
Send Report
How to Send Reports
Hover over Send Reports and choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
Enter the recipients.
Edit the subject and message body if necessary.
Click Send Email.
Downloading Inspection Reports
When downloading an inspection report, you have a few different format options:
MS Word Report: Downloads the report as an editable Word document.
PDF Report: Downloads the report in PDF format to print or save in your desired location.
Get Report Link: Generates a link that, when opened in a browser, automatically downloads the report as a PDF.
Download Inspection Photos: Downloads a ZIP file containing individual JPG files for each inspection photo.
