Once you've completed an inspection on the mobile app, you can finalize it and upload the report to the cloud. This ensures the report is secure and accessible on the SnapInspect web app, where it can be edited and sent out as needed.
Uploading Inspections from the SnapInspect Mobile App
Once you complete an inspection on the SnapInspect Mobile App, you need to manually upload it to the cloud. Uploading secures the report and makes it available on the SnapInspect Web App for editing, viewing, or sending.
How to Complete and Upload an Inspection
1. Log in to the SnapInspect Mobile App
Open the app and sign in.
2. Start a New Inspection
Navigate to the asset you want to inspect.
Tap "New Inspection".
3. Complete the Inspection
Fill out all required fields and control types.
4. Finalize the Inspection
Tap the "Complete" button (top right) when you're done.
5. Upload the Inspection to the Cloud
Once uploaded, the inspection appears on the SnapInspect Web App. If you still are not able to find the inspection after uploading, please contact the team at support@snapinspect.com.

Uploading Multiple Inspections
Open the Completed tab in the app.
Tap the Cloud icon next to individual inspections, or
Tap "Upload All" (green button) to upload all completed inspections at once.
Inspection Tabs
Tab Name | Description |
In Progress | View inspections that are still ongoing and have not been marked as "Complete". |
Completed | View inspections that have been marked as "Complete" but not yet uploaded. |
Uploaded | View inspections that have been uploaded from your device and are now available on the Web App. |
Please Note:
If you don't see an inspection on the Web App, check the mobile app under In Progress or Completed.
If you edit an uploaded inspection, you must re-upload it after saving.
