How to Delete an 'In Progress' or 'Completed' Inspection from the Mobile App

Delete unwanted inspection entries in the SnapInspect mobile app to keep your records organised and focused.

Please note: You cannot delete uploaded inspections from the mobile app. This needs to be done via the WebApp.

How to Delete an Inspection in the Mobile App

  1. After starting an inspection, go to the Inspections tab.

  2. Select the inspection you want to delete.

  3. Tap the options icon (rectangle with an upward arrow) in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Choose 'Delete Inspection', then confirm by tapping 'Yes'.

Recovering a Deleted Inspection

  • If you've deleted an inspection in error, our Tier III support may be able to recover it for you.

  • Please email support@snapinspect.com with the following details:
    - Inspection Type
    - Date of Inspection
    - Asset Inspected
    - Inspector Name
