Where to Schedule an Inspection

  • Go to the asset section of the SnapInspect web app

  • Choose the asset you want to schedule an inspection for and click 'schedule inspection' beside the asset name

How to Schedule an Inspection

  • Input relevant details (Inspector, Inspection type, Date & Time)

  • Recur Schedule (If Necessary)

After setting up this schedule, the relevant inspector will receive a notification on their mobile device. (if notifications are turned on for the SnapInspect mobile app) If you'd like the inspector or other stakeholders to receive an email notification when an inspection has been scheduled, click here to learn how to set up our email automation!

Understanding Scheduled Date and Time Display

The scheduled date and time remain consistent across all locations and do not adjust based on time zones. This means that if an inspection is scheduled for a specific time, it will appear the same for all users, regardless of their geographical location.
