Why Can't I Find My Inspection on my Mobile App?

On your Mobile App, inspections start when you click 'Start Inspection' and end when you click 'Upload Inspection'. If you haven't clicked 'Upload Inspection', the inspection will not be visible on the WebApp.

Completing and Uploading an Inspection from Asset Tab on the Mobile App

  1. Open the SnapInspect Mobile App and go to the 'Assets' tab.

  2. Select the asset with 'Inspection in Progress'.

  3. Either continue the inspection or tap 'Complete' and then 'Upload'.

  1. Navigate to the 'Inspections' tab.

  2. Completed Tab
    This shows In progress inspections that have not yet been marked as "Complete". To complete the inspection, select the inspection then select Complete to move it to the Completed tab.

  3. Completed Tab
    Here in the Completed tab you will see and completed inspections and have the Upload option, and have the ability to Upload All.

    Click on the cloud icon to upload the individual inspection, or click on Upload All to upload all completed inspections.

  4. Uploaded Tab
    The inspection will appear in the Uploaded tab. Seeing the inspection in the Uploaded tab indicates that the inspection has been uploaded to cloud and (depending on your permissions) is now accessible in the WebApp.
