I Can’t Find My Inspection

If you can't find your inspection on the SnapInspect Web App, it may still be saved locally on your mobile device.

Here’s what to check:

1. Check the Mobile App

  • Open the SnapInspect Mobile App.

  • Go to the Inspections section.

  • Look under the following tabs:

    • In Progress – The inspection has not been finalized yet.

    • Completed – The inspection is finished but not uploaded yet.

If your inspection is still listed under In Progress or Completed, it has not been uploaded to the Web App yet.

2. Upload the Inspection

If the inspection is in Completed:

  • Tap the Cloud icon next to the inspection to upload it to the cloud.

  • Once uploaded, the inspection will appear in the SnapInspect Web App under Uploaded Inspections.

After uploading, you’ll be able to edit, view, or send the report from the Web App.

3. If You Still Can’t Find It

  • Confirm you have a strong internet connection while uploading from the mobile app.

  • Check if another team member completed or uploaded the inspection on a different device.
