The Inspection Summary and Log provides visibility into key inspection details, including inspection duration, GPS location, email activity, and a full audit trail of any changes made after the inspection was completed.
Where to find the Inspection Summary
Navigate to the Inspections section in the web app.
Locate the relevant inspection.
Click the blue “i” icon next to the inspection.
Viewing Email Status
Within the Inspection Summary, select the Status under Email Status.
The log will display the status of automated emails tied to this inspection, such as Sent, Viewed, or Opened.
Viewing the Inspection Log
Select View Log within the Inspection Summary.
The log will display any edits made to the inspection via the web app after it was completed and uploaded.
Alternative Access Method
Instead of clicking the “i” icon, you can also access the Inspection Log and Email Status by selecting the Action dropdown next to the relevant inspection.

Inspection Duration
Displays the total time taken to complete the inspection, from start to finish.Inspection Date
Shows the start date and time, as well as the completion date and time of the inspection.GPS Location
Displays the exact location where the inspection was completed.
