AI Dictation allows inspectors to capture photos, add comments, and navigate between inspection items using voice commands. This helps you complete inspections faster without needing to type.
Instead of manually selecting the next item or typing notes, you can simply speak your observations while recording, making the inspection process faster and more efficient.

What AI Dictation Can Do
With AI Dictation enabled, you can:
Capture photos during an inspection
Speak comments instead of typing
Automatically move to the next inspection item
Record continuously while completing multiple checklist items
This allows you to walk through the property and complete items fast and hands-free.
How to Use AI Dictation
1. Open an Inspection
Start inspection as normal.
Once you get to the Areas section, choose the "AI" icon on the bottom right corner
2. Start AI Dictation
Say "Go to" and then your area's name. You'll then see a blue underline on that name, and the items underneath.
Then say "Go to" your item's name. You'll then see the available ratings and other control types for this item.
Take photos and leave your ratings.
Start speaking your observations into the device to record your comments. Pause for 2 seconds before moving to the next area or item.
3. Move Between Items Using Your Voice
While running your inspection, simply mention "Go to" and the next inspection item.

Choose the "AI Dictation" button on bottom left corner
Say "Go to" area name
Say "Go to" item name
Start speaking into the device to record your comment
Choose your ratings
Then move onto the next item by using the "Go to" instruction
Turn of the transcriber anytime by selecting the microphone button.
