The Invoice/Work Task feature enables you to create PDF reports from your tasks.
Create a Task Report Template
To create a Task Report Template:
1. Navigate to Company Settings > Settings, and click 'Task'.
2. Scroll down and click on Task Report.
3. Enter the Template Name and description and click Add New
Modify Task Report Template
To modify the Report Task template:
Click on the arrow next to the View/Edit Button next to Task Report and then click on the report template you which to edit.
Drag and drop the templates you wish to use from the Template Library to the middle Report section.
You can further modify these by editing the config for the Report Builder Templates or downloading and modifying the templates for the Advanced Templates.
Create PDF Report from Task
To create a PDF report from any task:
Navigate to the Tasks tab within the Web App.
Click on Action for the Task that you'd like to create a report for, and then click on Task Report and select the preferred Task Template. This will generate and download the PDF task report to your device.
Please Note: When generating reports, tasks with subtasks will include a complete list of all associated subtasks. If a task does not have subtasks, the report will include only that individual task.
