In SnapInspect, if you're short on time during an inspection, you can quickly bulk-assign ratings. This feature is especially helpful when all items merit the same rating, like marking everything as satisfactory.
Please Note:
To bulk assign ratings, ensure that your checklist inspection includes a ratings control.
How to Bulk Assign Ratings
Start an Inspection: Begin your inspection and navigate to the relevant area.
Select Rating: Hold down on the desired rating until a pop-up appears.
Popup Options: In this popup, several options will appear:
Checked: Selecting the Checked option will assign the same rating to all items within this area.
Unchecked: Selecting Unchecked will remove the ratings from all items within the area.
Cancel: Choosing Cancel will exit the pop-up window without making any changes.
