We send emails on your behalf using a strong domain to ensure your emails reach your clients reliably and consistently.
How to Enable sending emails with SnapInspect's domain?
Go to Company Settings.
Go to Settings and open General Settings.
Under the Inspection settings menu, check the checkbox titled Email sent from SnapInspect.
Now, emails will be sent from donotreply@snapinspect.com.
You can use SnapInspect’s email & template tool which allows you to create and send customized emails to your clients for the following: send an inspection email, send a task email, update an asset status, update an inspection status, update a task status or send a web share inspection email.
Please Note:
For a better delivery rate, the email will be sent from donotreply@snapinspect.com instead of the inspector's email (which is sent on behalf of). Alternatively, please whitelist our email server IP (149.72.192.123).
