SnapInspect's web share reports offer an interactive way to view your property's floor plans with pin drops indicating specific areas or items of interest. This feature allows you to selectively view areas by toggling between different blueprints and choosing which pin drops to display.
How to View Blueprints on Web Share Reports
1. Share and Open Web Share Report
First, share the web share report with the relevant parties (or yourself).
2. Click the Blue Pin Drop Icon
Beside any item on the floor plan, you'll see a blue pin drop icon. Click on this icon to reveal more details about the associated area or item.
Understanding Pin Drops and Red Dots
Viewing Areas and Items: Upon clicking the pin drop icon, you'll see the areas and items associated with that specific pin drop.
Red Dot Beside an Item: If an item has a red dot beside it, it indicates that there is a pin drop associated with that particular item.
Red Dot Below the Blueprint: A red dot below the blueprint signifies that there is a pin drop associated with that specific blueprint.
To toggle your view and focus on specific areas, items, or blueprints, simply check and uncheck certain areas and items to toggle their visibility on the floor plan or change between the different blueprints associated!
