If an asset is missing from your list, or you need to quickly add or edit an existing asset, you can do so directly within the SnapInspect mobile app, making it easy to manage assets on the fly.
How to Add an Asset
Open Asset Page: Navigate to the Asset page and tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner.
βEnter Asset Details: Fill in the following fields with relevant information. When entering asset details, be sure to complete Asset Line 1, as it is the only required field to save the asset successfully.
Save Asset: Once all information is entered, tap Create Asset to save the details and create the new asset.

Please Note:
After creating the asset swipe down on the main asset page to refresh the sync, and the new asset will appear
How to Edit Existing Asset Information
Select Asset: On the Assets page, tap the relevant asset to open it.
Open Asset Info: Tap Asset Info in the top-left corner to view details.
βNavigate to the Desired Tab: Select the tab you wish to edit. You have a few options to choose from, including Asset Info, Contact, Custom Info, and Blueprints. Each tab allows you to manage different aspects of the asset effectively.
βMake Edits: Select the blue Edit button to make any necessary updates within the chosen tab.
βSave Asset: After filling in all the necessary information and making any changes, click the blue Save Asset button at the bottom of the screen to confirm and save your updates.
