How to find your Inspections in One Drive
By default, SnapInspect saves inspections and photos in a folder named SnapInspect/[[Inspection Title]]/[[Inspection Date]].
Custom Folder
To customize the folder structure, follow these steps:
Click "Click Here to Setup Custom Dropbox Folder."
Select "Enable Custom Box Folder."
In the Report Folder field, enter the desired path for saving PDF reports.
In the Media Folder field, specify the path for saving inspection photos.
You can enhance your folder paths using dynamic fields enclosed in double brackets ([[...]]). In the example shown, we used the following paths:
Report Folder: /[[Address]]/[[Inspection Title]]/Inspections/
Media Folder: /[[Address]]/[[Inspection Title]]/Media/
These fields can include variables such as Inspection Date, Address, or Inspector.
Once you’ve configured the paths, click Save to apply your changes.
