Building - This selects from your portfolio's buildings to search from

​Reference - Search assets by their reference field. The reference field is completely up to the user and can be used for a variety of different search options, to label each property or however your company see's fit. 

Group - Search through your assets by group 

Keyword - Searches by the keywords that appear in the title of the inspection 

Manager - Search assets by a specific manager 

Custom Info - Search by custom info specific to each user 

Status - Search by status E.g. Under renovation, Maintenance, Annual inspection
