In this article, you'll learn how to set up pre-made comments or "Auto Text" for yourself or the entire team. This comes in handy, especially when needing to repeat yourself continuously in a comment section for multiple items, or within a given area.
Setting up the auto text is straightforward and easy to use. You can locate the "Auto Text" tab on the far left side below "Schedule" as shown below on an overview image of what to expect inside the auto text tab. Once inside the "Auto Text", the tab you will notice there will be nothing created for you as this would most likely be your first time going into this section. To add a new auto text comment, click the green "+ Add New" button as shown below.
When clicked on will generate a blank field where you will be able to type your comments you would like to have. When you have decided what you would like to write in these comments, don't forget to click on the blue hard-disk icon which will only save that one line or if you want to delete a line click on the red bin icon as shown below.
To share new auto texts that you have created, there will be a blue "Share With Team" icon once clicked on will change colors from blue to green and the text will then read as "Shared With Team" this means it has successfully pushed the auto texts to everyone within your team.
