How to Edit/Add New Contacts

To add or edit an existing contact/s on a given property, you must locate the property that you want to make these changes to. 

When you have located the property you want to make the changes too, tap on the "Asset Info button" this will take you to the asset information page containing all the details relevant to your asset. 

Once you are on the asset information page be sure to select the "Contact tab" 

Once you are on the contact tab, To add a new contact simply click the "New" button which is located in the top right corner. 

Once you have clicked the "New" button you will be taken to a window requesting the new contacts information 

Once you have finished filling out the contact information click the red "Save" button at the bottom and the contact will be saved against the asset.

 If you would like to edit a current asset contact, simply tap on the contact you are wishing to edit/make changes to. 

This will bring up a window that allows you to edit all of the current contacts details. (Name, email, phone, mobile, contact type)


 When you have made the changes to either new or existing information you will need to hit the red "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

 Don't forget you must be connected to the internet on your device either WiFi or Mobile Data to be able for the mobile app to save the changes.
