How to Add Blueprints to a Task

This article explains how to add one or more blueprints to a task using either the Web App or the Mobile App.

Add Blueprints Using the Web App

  1. Open the Tasks tab in the Web App.

  2. Locate the task you want to add a blueprint to, click the green Action button, and select Edit Task.

  3. Navigate to the Blueprints tab and click the blue + as shown below.

  4. You will then be presented with all of the blueprints you have associated with that asset to choose from.

  5. Once you have selected the appropriate blueprints you wish to use, select the green Save button on the task


Add Blueprints Using the Mobile App

  1. Log in to the mobile app and navigate to the Tasks tab.

  2. Locate the desired task you want to add the blueprint to, and then select it to open the task menu.

  3. Scroll down until you find the Blueprints section.

  4. Tap the blue + button to add a blueprint.

  5. Select the blueprint you would like to add from the list.

  6. Tap Save to apply your changes.

  7. Repeat the steps if you would like to add another blueprint to the task.

  8. Once all desired blueprints have been added to the task, select Save.

Result

The selected blueprint(s) will now be linked to the task and will be available whenever the task is opened.
