In the SnapInspect3 mobile app, normal user access allows team members to manage inspections and reporting within a single account. By contrast, corporate admin access gives users the ability to oversee multiple accounts under one login. This guide shows you how corporate admins can switch between accounts or regions seamlessly, ensuring consistent oversight and reporting across the entire portfolio.

Navigating the Mobile app with Corporate Admin access
Follow these steps to switch between the different states you manage:
Log in to the SnapInspect3 mobile app with your user credentials.
You will land on an empty account screen.
To view and switch between the states you have access to:
Tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
At the top of the Settings screen, you will see your Name and Email Address.
Tap on your Name/Email to bring up a list of all states you have access to.
Select the state you want to access - you can now run inspections and view reports in that state.
Please Note:
The first time you open a state, it may take a few minutes to load all properties into your app. This is normal. After the initial load, switching back to that state will be instant.
If you do not see an account you should have access to, please contact your Admin or SnapInspect Support to request access.
