This page provides everything you need to know about accessing your SnapInspect account. It covers how to log in for the first time using your welcome email, how to access both the mobile and web apps, and what to do if you’ve forgotten or need to reset your password.

Logging In to Your Account

  1. When your account is created, you’ll receive a Welcome email from donotreply@snapinspect.com. This email will contain your login details and a link to access your account.

  2. Simply follow the prompts in the email to access your account.

    Note: If the email is not in Junk and Spam folders, navigate to www.my.snapinspect.com and select the "Reset Password" option.

Logging in to the Mobile App

  1. Download SnapInspect 3 from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and log in using your credentials.

Logging in to the Web App

  1. Go to my.snapinspect.com.

  2. Enter your login details to access your account.

Recovering Your Password

Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it.

  1. Go to the SnapInspect login page, my.snapinspect.com, and click on 'Forgot Password'.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your SnapInspect account. This sends you an email from donotreply@snapinspect.com with login instructions.

How To Reset Your Password on the Web App

  1. Log into the Web App

  2. Click your name under the SnapInspect logo located on the top left-hand side of the app with a drop-down arrow next to it.

  3. Click 'Reset Password'

  4. You will be taken to a new screen asking you to reset your password. Fill in the required boxes and click 'Update'. This will take you back to the home screen with your password reset.
