Logging In to Your Account

  1. When your account is created, you’ll receive an email containing your login details.

  2. Simply follow the prompts in the email to access your account.

Logging in to the Mobile App

  1. Download SnapInspect 3 from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and log in using your credentials.

Logging in to the Web App

  1. Go to my.snapinspect.com.

  2. Enter your login details to access your account.

Recovering Your Password

Forgot your password? Here's how to recover it!

  1. Go to the SnapInspect login page, my.snapinspect.com, and click on 'Forgot Password'

  2. Enter the email address associated with your SnapInspect account.

  3. Check your email inbox for instructions to reset your password.

  4. The email with Reset Password instructions is sent from donotreply@snapinspect.com. Please also ensure to check your spam folders.

How To Reset Your Password on the Web App

  1. Log into the Web App

  2. Click your name under the SnapInspect logo located on the top left-hand side of the app with a drop-down arrow next to it.

  3. Click 'Reset Password'

  4. You will be taken to a new screen asking you to reset your password. Fill in the required boxes and click 'Update'. This will take you back to the home screen with your password reset.
