Corporate Panel users must be manually configured in order to access multiple states within the SnapInspect3 mobile app. This setup allows corporate-level admin to log in once and seamlessly switch between different state accounts on mobile.
Step-by-Step Setup for Cross-Regional Access
- Open the Corporate Panel and in the Company List tab, click "Action" -> "Users" for the account that you'd like to provide access to. 
 
- In each Account, create a placeholder user for the Corporate Panel user: - Click "New User" 
 
- Enter their First and Last Name along with the State name or abbreviation (e.g., John Smith – FL). 
- Use their real email address, but add the abbreviation before the domain. 
- This naming convention makes it easy to identify which account belongs to which account or state. 
 
- Keep a record of each placeholder email you create (you’ll need them later). 
- After creating all placeholder users across the required State Accounts, return to the Corporate Panel. 
- Navigate to Users and locate the Corporate Panel user who requires cross-regional access. 
- Select Action → Cross Region Login. 
- Link the placeholder email addresses created in each seperate Account to this Corporate Panel user’s profile by typing the email and selecting "Add". 
 
- Once linked, the VP/corporate user will be able to log in to the SnapInspect3 mobile app and switch between accounts as needed.

Please Note:
- The placeholder user accounts are only used to enable cross-regional login; they are not intended for day-to-day activity. 
- Be consistent with your naming/email convention so accounts are easy to track. 
- The first time a user switches into a state on mobile, property data may take a few minutes to load. After that, switching is instant.
