What the Integration Supports
Our Entrata integration is bi-directional, ensuring that both platforms stay in sync with minimal manual work.
Data We Import into SnapInspect:
- Properties - Automatically sync your property list from Entrata. 
- Units & Rooms - Keep your unit/room inventory consistent across platforms. 
- Contacts - Pull in relevant contact information for easier communication and assignment. 
Data We Send Back to Entrata:
- Tasks / Work Orders - Completed SnapInspect tasks can be sent directly into Entrata as work orders. 
- Inspection Details - Automatically push completed inspection results into Entrata for full visibility and audit trails. 
How It Works
Once connected:
- New properties, rooms, and contacts created in Entrata will be reflected in SnapInspect. 
- Completed inspections in SnapInspect (along with notes and attachments) can be pushed back into Entrata. 
- Tasks created in SnapInspect can be logged as work orders in Entrata with all associated context.
