To start a third-party inspection, the user will SnapInspect mobile app. Once the recipient receives the Requested Inspection email, they will have links to download the app and conduct the inspection without needing a SnapInspect login.
How to Start The Inspection
There are three ways to start a Requested Inspection:
Open the email and tap the Start button. This will open the SnapInspect app (if installed) and begin the inspection.
โIn the SnapInspect mobile app, open the QR code scanner and scan the QR code from the Requested Inspection email.
โIf scanning the QR code isnโt possible, you can share it directly to SnapInspect to start the inspection.
โOpen the email and locate the QR code attachment..
Press and hold the QR code (on Android, tap the QR code, then tap the three dots in the top-right corner).
Tap "Share" and select "Copy to SnapInspect 3."
Once opened in the app, you can begin the inspection as usual.
