What is Request Inspection Confirmation?
The Request Inspection Confirmation Email is sent to the external inspector after they have completed their requested inspection.

How to Set Up Request Inspection Confirmation Email Automation
Go to the Company Settings tab within the web app.
Select Settings, then choose Emails & Templates from the menu.
Enter a name for your template in the designated field and select "Request Inspection Confirmation" from the dropdown menu.
Click on the "Add New Email Template" button to save your new template.
How to Edit Email Template
Click on the area in the template where you want to insert the information.
Click on the option for Dynamic Field to access the available data fields.
Select the type of information you wish to add to your template from the provided options.

Please Note:
Dynamic information will be displayed in the email within double square brackets ([[ ]]) for example [[Address]]

Save/Delete Template
After finalising your email template and settings, click 'Save Template.' If you wish to delete the template, click 'Delete.'
How to Set Up a Request Inspection Confirmation Email
You can send a Request Inspection Confirmation Email to notify recipients and request confirmation for an upcoming inspection.
To Set This Up:
Navigate to Inspection Types in the Checklists tab.
Select the relevant Inspection Type.
Go to Settings > General.
Next to Request Inspection Confirmation: click on Please Select.
Choose the appropriate Email Template for the recipient.
