What is Review Inspection Reminder?
The Review Inspection Reminder email is sent to the selected stakeholders, reminding them that they need to review the linked inspection.
How to Set Up Review Inspection Reminder Email Automation
Go to the Company Settings tab within the app.
Select Settings, then choose Emails & Templates from the menu.
Enter a name for your template in the designated field and select "Review Inspection Reminder " from the dropdown menu.
Click on the "Add New Email Template" button to save your new template.
How to Edit Email Template
Click on the area in the template where you want to insert the information.
Click on the option for Dynamic Field to access the available data fields.
Select the type of information you wish to add to your template from the provided options.

Please Note:
Dynamic information will be displayed in the email within [[ ]] for example [[Address]]

Save/Delete Template
After finalising your email template and settings, click 'Save Template.' If you wish to delete the template, click 'Delete.'
How to Use a Review Inspection Email
You can send a Review Inspection Reminder Email to notify recipients and request confirmation for an upcoming inspection.
To Set This Up:
Navigate to Inspection Types in the Checklists tab.
Select the relevant Inspection Type.
Go to Settings > Review.
Next to Review Inspection Reminder: click on Please Select.
Choose the appropriate Email Template for the recipient.
