How to Set Tasks During an Inspection

If any issues are identified that require attention during an inspection, you can create tasks and assign it to a team member for follow-up.

How to create a task

  1. Select the Three Dots: During an inspection, click on the three dots located to the right of the item for which you want to create a task.

  2. Open the Action Menu: In the Action menu that appears, select Tasks.
    ​

  3. Click "New": In the top-right corner of the Tasks section, click the New button to start creating a task.
    ​

  4. Fill Out Task Details: In the "Create Task" menu, enter the required information for a more customized and comprehensive task setup. You can include specific details to tailor the task.

    • Task Name: The title identifying the Task.

    • Task Description: Description of the task's objectives and requirements.

    • Task Category: A classification for similar tasks for easier organization.

    • Due Date: The deadline by which the task needs to be completed.

    • Assign to: The individual or team responsible for completing the task.

    • Status: Current Progress of the task (e.g., pending, in progress, completed).

    • Photo: An optional image attachment to provide visual context for the task.

    • Video: An optional video attachment to further illustrate task details or instructions.

  5. Save the Task: After filling in all the details, click the Save button in the top-right corner. Your task will be created in the account against the asset you're inspecting.
