Refresh and Sync Your Device

The Refresh button updates inspection data from the cloud to the mobile/tablet. It also retrieves any new information made to the account, so that any device using the account has, all the same, information for the next inspection.

How to Refresh:

  1. On your device (mobile or tablet) open the SnapInspect app. Click on the 'Assets' tab.

  2. Ensure you are connected to the internet.

  3. Click the 'Sync' button in the top right corner of the screen. This will only work if the information has changed within the app from the server.

  4. If you are still unable to see recent changes made through the webapp, please try to 'Reset Sync'.

  5. To 'Reset Sync', navigate to the Assets tab and select the settings icon on the top left corner.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the settings panel and tap on the Version Number 5 times.

  7. Select Reset Sync.
