Why Can't I Find My Inspection?

SnapInspect 3 inspections begin when you click 'Start Inspection' and end when you click 'Complete inspection'. Therefore, if you haven't clicked 'Complete inspection', your inspection will still show the date that you started it on.

On the mobile app:

To find the inspection that you started -

  1. Open the SnapInspect app

  2. Go to the 'Assets' tab

  3. Click on the asset with the incompleted inspection

  4. Continue the inspection, or click 'Complete' and 'Upload' it to the server
