Please download SnapInspect 3 app.

There are 3 ways to start a requested inspection, if option 1 is not working, please follow the instructions of option 2, or option 3. 

Once the inspection is completed, please click "Complete" button on top of the app, and then upload the inspection. Click here for more instructions.

1.  By clicking on the "Start Inspection" button in the email body.

2. Use a QR Code Scanner

Where is the QR code scanner?

After downloading the SnapInspect mobile app on the app store or Google play store, you will be taken to a log in page as shown below, to access the QR code scanner hold down the SnapInspect icon

What QR Code do I Scan?

After an inspection request has been sent, the designated inspector will receive an email displaying the inspection details, attached to the bottom of this email will be a file containing a QR code.

After scanning this QR code you will be taken to a page where you can start the inspection, it’s that easy!

3. If option 1 is not working, please hold on to the QR Code picture attached in the email body, then click "Share" and choose to "Copy To SnapInspect 3"
