How to Use the Electronic Signature Feature

Signatures are available for ‘Ingoing’ and ‘Exit’ inspections, not ‘Routine’ inspections. Collecting an electronic signature can be done during the inspection process.

​ Within the inspection:

  1. Click ‘Signature’ in the inspection list

  2. For a tenant signature, click on the button ‘Sign’ under ‘Tenant Signature.’

  3. Sign inside the blank square

  4. To use this signature, click ‘Sign.’

  5. To start again, click ‘Clear.’

  6. Use the same process for the inspector signature

  7. To add more signatures, click the ‘+’ button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Just type in the title of the person signing and repeat the same process

  8. Click ‘Done’ in the top right corner of the screen
