Access Task Event Notifications
Click the Arrow next to your name in the top-left corner of the Web App.
Select Settings.
Click the Event tab.
Push Notification Toggle
Use the Push Notification toggle to enable or disable task notifications for your account.
Turning the toggle Off temporarily disables notifications without changing your configured task event settings. Turn it On to resume receiving notifications.
Task Events
Configure notifications for the following task events:
Assign: Receive notifications when a task is assigned.
Create: Receive notifications when a task is created.
Update Status: Receive notifications when a task status changes.
Complete: Receive notifications when a task is completed.
Comments: Receive notifications when comments are added to a task.
For each event, you can configure notifications for:
Manager: Receive notifications for tasks you manage.
Follower: Receive notifications for tasks you follow.
@ Me: Specifically for internal comments in a task, you will get a notification if you are tagged.
Notification Types
Choose how you want to receive notifications for each task event:
Subscribe: Displays notifications in the Web App through the Bell icon at the top right corner.
Notify: Sends push notifications to your mobile when you are logged in.
