Overview

SnapInspect integrates with Appfolio to simplify property inspections by syncing unit data, tenant details, and inspection results between the two platforms. This integration ensures accurate records, saves time, and reduces manual entry.

With Appfolio connected, you can:

  • Pull in properties, units, and tenant details directly from Appfolio.

  • Push out completed inspections, tasks and work orders.

Note: The integration can also support push/pull on select fields. Contact us at support@snapinspect.com with your requirements, and an Integration Specialist will be able to assist you.



Requirements

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have the following:

  1. Active SnapInspect account with administrator permissions.

  2. Appfolio Voyager account with API access enabled.

  3. Permissions in Appfolio that allow SnapInspect to read/write inspection and work-order related data.
