How to Enable Percentage Calculations on Ratings

Navigate to the Checklists tab in the menu
Click on the three lines on the right-hand side of the Inspection Type you're setting up Calculations for
Select Config
Select Enable Calculation
Note: Calculations is an additional feature, so if you don't see the "Enable Calculation option" please reach out to Support to discuss the features available for your account.

Navigate to the Checklists tab in the menu
Click on the Pencil icon on the right-hand side of the Inspection Type you're setting up Calculations for
Select the three lines on the right-hand side on the Area you'd like to associate calculations for
Select Area Calculation
For totals on each area, leave the default formula as [Total] and select Save.
Next, select Items Calculation

7. Provide a numeric value for each of your checklist ratings (for example, Good = 100, Satisfactory = 80, and Poor = 20).

Note: Ensure to update Items Calculation for each area that you'd like to use calculations in.

To add the calculations and totals to your Report Template

Navigate to the Checklists tab in the menu
Select your Inspection Type (blue icon) and select Report Template.
In the Report column (the centre column) of the Report Template Builder, navigate to the template you'd like to add the calculation to
In Config column (the right hand side column), scroll down until you see the Calculation Settings
Ensure Display Calculation is "ON"
Add a calculation multiplier
Add a prefix or suffix if required (for example, $ as a prefix to use with cost calculations, or % as a suffix to use with ratings)

Note: For basic calculations, enter "1" for the Calculation Multiplier.

Navigate to the Checklists tab in the menu
Click on the three lines on the right-hand side of the Inspection Type you're setting up Calculations for
Select Config
Select Enable Calculation
