The Auto Text feature allows you to add default comment options into your inspections. Explain more
To add a comment:
Log into your account via our website
On the left side of the homepage, click ‘Auto Text.'
Type in the comment you want to add such as “Needs fixing.”
Click the ‘save’ icon to the right of the comment
To share this default comment option with the rest of the team click ‘Share.'
The default comment options will be available in the mobile and tablet devices after they have been synced
