Welcome to SnapInspect support, in this document we will be showing you how to access API integration on the web app as well as our company website!
Web App API integration
Once our staff have made API integration available on your account open the company settings section on the web app.
After entering company settings, visit the settings page, in here you will find 3 sections:
General settings
Email & Templates
Integrations
Click on Integrations and a drop-down menu will appear. From here you will see API, select this to set up.
After selecting API the following screen will appear, click on Generate New API Key
After doing this an API key and key ID will be generated, make sure to copy the API key by selecting the green square after it has been generated, because for security purposes the key is only visible the first time it is generated. If you forgot to copy the key you will need to generate a new one.
How To Access Snapinspect API via Website
The Snapinspect API can be found on our website, to access them click here. However, we will also show you how to manually access it from our company home page.
Firstly visit snapinspect.com, from the website home page hover over the solutions section and you will see Snapinspect API, simply click on this and you will be taken to the Snapinspect API section.
