To configure workflows:
Step 1:
Navigate to Company Settings > Settings > Workflow
Step 2:
Add the following details:
Name: Workflow Name
Description: (Optional) Provide a description for your workflow
Instructions: Provide specific instructions like who to schedule this to, when to schedule. Important: This instruction is used by AI to generate the workflow. Please ensure the instructions provided are clear to ensure your workflow is set up correctly.
Event Type: Choose from "New Inspection" or "New Contact"
Inspection Type: Choose the Inspection Types associated with this workflow
Select Enable Workflow
Step 3:
Start and upload your First Inspection type (ie Move-Out Inspection).
Step 4:
That's it!
