To configure a workflow:
Step 1:
Navigate to Company Settings > Settings > Workflow
Step 2:
Add the following details:
Name: Workflow Name
Description: (Optional) Describe your workflow
Event Type: Choose from various event types such as "New Inspection" or "Scheduled Trigger"
Instructions: Provide specific instructions, such as who to schedule this to and when to schedule.
Important: Instructions are used by AI to generate the workflow. Please ensure the instructions provided are clear to ensure your workflow is set up correctly.

AI Workflow Functions, Events, and Actions
AI Workflows include functions, event types, and configurable actions that help automate processes across users, contacts, tasks, schedules, and custom fields.

Configurable Actions
AI Workflow actions are configured by entering instructions rather than selecting from a predefined list. Depending on your workflow requirements, actions can be configured to:
Edit custom field values
Edit task custom field values
Read custom fields
Create or update schedules
Invoke another AI Workflow
