Why Can't I see My Report on the Web App?

There are two things you need to do before a report can be viewed on the web app: upload the inspection and sync your device.

'Upload' the inspection

To upload the inspection:

  1. Click on 'Inspections' in the app

  2. In the top right corner of the screen, click 'Upload.'
