When you press the sync button in app it will sync your device, but not load all of the properties in your account onto your device. 

The reason behind this being that if you were to load all of your properties every time you synced your device it would take a considerable amount of time, slowing down your operations. 

Instead, we offer a universal search bar which is located at the top of the assets page. 

The search bar means you can still access all of the assets on your account, without having to load every asset you have.
