How to add/edit an asset in-app

To add or edit an existing asset, Firstly locate the property that you want to make these changes to.

 To begin, we will look at how to Edit existing Asset information.

Once you have located the asset you wish to edit, click on the asset title, which will take you to the asset overview page. 

To edit the asset, click on the "Asset Info" button located on the top left hand side of the page. 

From here, you will be taken to the Asset Information tab menu. To edit the current asset you will need to select the "asset info" tab and then tap on the "edit" button located in the top right hand corner. 

This tab displays all of the key details associated with the given property. Editing the asset will allow you to change the address, key information, alarm settings and next inspection due date. 

When you have made the changes to the existing information you will need to hit the red "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

 To add a new asset via the mobile app, tap on the plus (+)  button at the top right corner of the assets screen. 

Fill out the new asset's details and then tap "save". Once you have saved the details be sure to "sync" your device to allow the changes to be updated in the system.
