Quick send is a feature that allows property managers to send property reports to their clients via email. The email contains a downloadable link to the report. Videos are embedded as a link inside the report.

Login with the username and password you used to create your account or that was issued to you by your organization
Near the top of the homepage, click on the ‘Reports’ tab
A list of completed reports will appear. The reports are categorized by date and by property managers who did the inspection. If your report isn’t showing, you can navigate to another day or another property manager
Click the ‘View Report’ button to the right of your chosen report
Click the ‘QuickSend’ button from the pop-up window, either selecting a PDF file or a Docx file
Choose the recipient(s) of the email, and click the ‘Send’ button
